Identify a comprehensive list on what we are working on taken directly from the WIP (work in progress list). Produce all required reports, including liasing with the bookkeeper for the reports produced. review all billables, hours and agrereements in place. Identify the required elements to be discussed at the meeting, create a meeting brief. Create the consent agenda, and cirdulate. Revise meeting schedule due to non-quorum. Liaise with the group to identify and confirm a new date, adjust paperowrk to be in complaince with new date. Re-mind the baord of meeting time and date.
