Worked on identifying needs, reaching out with detailed questions many times to the inspector, compileing required documents for all, fillingthem all out in detail, providing multiple set-up options, filling in the event application, sending to producers, liaising with them, compiling the documents and detailing them for the food inspector plus following up.
