We are emailing and calling all Chemainus Commmunity Communication Meeting memvers (28) finding revised times they can all or most meet, trying to find a location and then doing a follow up, and phone calls closer to the date to make sure we still have our numbers. Aside from this we are in a room discussing our next three months! It feels good to get everyone together and make sure we can know what we were all doing helping each other where we can.
