Lots of planning, meetings, sourcing and all the bits that go along with this. We have been coordinating with the muni, trying to get insurance to cover it which has been questions applications and more discussions, we have been working to speak to VIHA to make sure the chili is made and reheated to their standards and we have the appropriate paperwork, we have been finding tables volunteers, set-up and the works. These events take house and hours of running around to get off the ground.
